Wu Yi Tea

Well I got my box of 2 week trial, but I ordered is soo long ago I didn’t even remember doing it!

Basically, “Hi, thanks for trying, make sure to follow the directions and drink 2 glasses a day, but hey you MIGHT NOT see any results in 14 days, so try it for a full 90 to see real results!”

As for the taste, is like any Oolong Tea, tastes fine. I had a glass that night and I had a glass today before lunch.

I finally found the website, lets see how easy it is for me to “Opt Out”. Here is what they say on their website:

Smooth Away – As seen on TV

The Jury is still out on this one. First, it took 4evER to get. Then when I open it up there is a Glaring “STOP” read this first page.

Basically it reminds me of very very very fine sand paper, the little pads are made by 3m. I used the big one and it did take of some hair not all. I did exactly like the instructions said.

It didn’t hurt, but it doesn’t really work. At least for me. If you have fine hair it may work good. It did absolutely nothin’ for the under arms! I am going to try on hubby’s back and see if it works for him.

On the plus side it does make your legs smooth!

I would say for those of us with corse or thick hair this product isn’t for you

“As Seen On TV”

Ok, I am testing out a few things I have seen on late night tv.

I ordered the Smooth Away, (shave your legs by using the buffing pads?) of course it took over a month to get them and by the time I did I already shaved my legs so now I gotta wait! Jeez

I also got some Wu-Yi tea, it took soooo long to get my free 2 week sample I forgot I even ordered it!!!

I ordered the Instyler – lets see if that works, I did get the Maxiglide and it definately works (I have to fight my son for it!!)

And I am angling for the Monster 1200 steamer cause my familiy are pigs!

So I will be giving updates on all of them individually just wanted to give a heads up of upcoming item reviews!

Blue Coral Seafood and Spirits

We Love this place. We have been here a few times. They had done some remodeling of the restaurant and the menu since last time we came, but it was all good.

One of the great things about Blue Coral, besides the Service (our bartenders are always the best here!) is they are a Vodka Bar, and you can get Vodka Samplers! You basically choose 3 Vodka’s you would like to taste from the menu and they bring them in small glasses in a holder, it is cool!

I did the following: Absolute Peach ($4), Finlandia Cranberry (3.75) & Stoli Stasberi ($4) hubby chose: Stoli ($4), Grey Goose ($5) & Chopin ($5).

Since we were both hungry (we went to Roy’s first, see previous post) I ordered the Shellfish Trio ($18) and Hubinski had Shrimp Scampi ($26). There food is good! The Trio is Awesome!

I also had the Blueberry Infused Vodka, ($10) Oh MY Gawd! Beautiful! It is Pomegrante Vodka infused with Blueberries. I am going to have to see if can make it a home, it was that good!

Our total bill before tip was $83.16, they are one of the higher cost restaurants, but they are one of the few restaurants that I can honestly say is worth every penny! We have been here before and we will be coming back soon!

And the Bathrooms, 5 star ladies, 5 STAR. Walls that come down on all sides, mouthwash, the kind of bathroom I wish I had at home!

What To Do When Your Teenage Wants 4 Sandwiches

Recently my son said he wanted 4 (yes 4) grilled cheese sandwiches. Now he is not heavy, but 4 sandwiches is a little much for anyone! And he does this all the time, I want 5 hotdogs, 2 hamburgers, ect.

If I fed him the way he wants to eat he would be at an unhealthy weight! So this is what I always do when he asks for way to much food I say I will make you 2 sandwiches (he is a growing boy) first, then if you are still hungry I will make you more. Then I have him eat something healthy like applesauce, bananas, grapes, oranges ect. first, when he is done with his fruit, I am usually done with the 2 sandwiches plus a small bowl of spagetti o’s or chips. Once he is done with all that I say “are you still hungry?” the answer is almost always NO!

I didn’t say NO you can’t have that much food, or that much food it bad for you ect., I just gave him a healthy portion, with other foods (healthy foods is the key, do not offer them candy ect) then when he was done offered more food if he was hungry and he wasn’t.

This way he doesn’t feel deprived, punished or on a diet.

Why are Men’s & Women’s Buttons Different?

A: When buttons were invented, they were very expensive and worn primarily by the rich. Because wealthy women were dressed by maids, dressmakers put the buttons on the maid’s right. Since most people are right-handed, it is easier to push buttons on the right through holes on the left. And that’s where women’s buttons have remained since.
