HG 200 – Pumpkin Recipies

I tried the pumpkin oatmeal and the pumpkin pie (hey I could only find the BIG can of pumpkin and I didn’t want it to go to waste!)

The complete & utter insanity oatmeal (pg 11 , 179 cal) is much better the next day and very filling! I made two days worth at once.

I also made the to good to deny pumpkin pie (pg 290, 133 cal), it was yuminsky, and my son even ate it! although….. since I couldn’t find a round pie pan I had to use a square pan, it was a little harder to cut into 8 pieces but hey it still tastes good!

And yea my kitchen looked like someone exploded the pumpkin in it, but at least I used most of it!
