HG 200 – Salad

Ok, so I made the Scoopable Chinese Chicken Salad (pg 77, 195 cal) -
I have to say for a Novice (yea ok, I know that is stretching a bit) the recipes are pretty easy!
so I made it all but…. I didn’t have cooked skinless chicken breast so I put in canned chicken instead, and well…. I didn’t have the sesame ginger dressing so I used Miracle whip instead.
Hey, I told ya Marth Stewart I am NOT!!!
It came out pretty good!
A few days later, I had some shrimp that no one wanted to eat, which were to spicy for me so I blended them up with some sour cream and added to the salad TASTY!
