Citibank Sears card raised my rates to 29.99 PLUS prime rate. I called about it and the guy on the phone was stupid enough to tell me that they "had to raise rates to be competitive".... Well they aren't too competitive seeing as how I transferred my entire balance to another lower interest card and cut up the card! Won't be spending any money at Sears this holiday season!
