So as you know I am trying to go all natural, without spending a bunch of money or wasting a lot of food. The other day I had made some wheat bread in the breadmaker.
This was my first try so it was kind of bland and the crust was kind of thick. Also I guess the fact that my flour was a mix of wheat flour, regular flour, flax flour and low carb flour MAY have had something to do with it 😦
So I had this loaf that was ok, but no one in my family was going to eat it. So I actually ended up making croutons and breadcrumbs out of it.
It worked out great, and I won’t have to buy these items, the ones I made taste good, and cost less then the ones from the store and the ones I made have no artificial ingredients.
