Food Diary – Capt Log Star Date 1/6/15

Breakfast –

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal – (made 1c of oatmeal with 1c nonsugar vanilla coconut milk night before, ready in AM)**
  • Raspberries*

*Hubby on diet also, fruit for his lunch, got it from Costco, large amount, will go bad if I don’t eat some of it also

**while oatmeal is high in Carbs it is also very filling and helps to keep me from snacking, try to eat carbs early

Lunch

  • 1c Quinoa & Kale + Seasoned Bean Tomato blend (cooked them together so reduce the carbs)
  • 1 Turkey Sausage w/cheese – oh yea…cut it up and mixed with the blend above….very yummy

 

Dinner –

  • Tofu Noodles (highly recommend to those watching carbs!)
  • Green Beads, mushrooms, cheese ( kitchen mashup-had 3 mushrooms, 1can garlic green beans, and some cheese – to go over the noodles)
  • Rotisserie chicken from Costco 3 oz *

Snacks / Desserts

Exercise –

Yes – rode my bike to Yoga, two for one šŸ™‚

It looks like to meet my goal weight I get 1147 cals a day – between eating and exercise 427cal – under budget
