Food Log…..yada yada yada 1/15/15

Breakfast

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 fried egg, with out oil

Lunch

  • Salad – mix from wholefoods, added some cranberry goat cheese and balsamic dressing

Dinner

  • Tofu and avocado lettuce roll from Wholefoods….yummy!

Dessert

Artic Choc Frozen desert on a stick-low carb and cal
