kitchen mash ups

I had bought a green curry with potato dumplings mix at the store, but when I looked at it in the dish there wasn’t much to it and it was SPICY, so I opened my fridge and found some of my home grown acorn squash that I grilled on the bbq in there, I added it to the dish, and then I used the tofu cream cheese and some tomatoes (yes, you guessed it, from my garden) on top to cool it down.

Yummy in the tummy 🙂
