So I forgot to put this out there, been a little busy lately…
So we have been having apples that haven’t been eaten lately. So my last post I cooked the apples and rolled them in crescent rolls.
Another way is to take the apples, put granola that has been sitting in the pantry a while, on top and then top with whipped cream…..low carb apple pie 🙂
Used up apple, granola and whipped topping, plus pretty darn healthy and a few apples goes a long way.
