Kitchen mash-up WW style

so, I have been fighting those last 7lbs, it has been hard, luckily I haven’t gained, just stayed the same.

But, I am back at it, let’s see how it goes.  It has been harder since my senior dog is like a baby and i have to get up a few times a night to take him out and I find myself snacking in the wee hours…sigh…..

So I have been adding points to my day and making sure to eat low point meals to make up for it.

So, I bought some frozen butternut squash and had my husband cook it on the grill, didn’t work to good, so I had left overs from that.  Then we had bbq’d and we had left over corn, beans and canned tomatoes.  So I made butternut soup and gave it a southwest kick by adding the beans, corn and tomotoes.  All at ZERO points but full of flavor and good for you!
